To receive support for our products, you can send us a request via the RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) which can be downloaded from this page.
The form must be completed and shipped together with the product. Send a copy also to the email address email@example.com
This procedure allows to speed up the time needed to repair the product.
- Download the RMA form for the product to be repaired
- Fill out the form in a legible way, preferably in block capital letters, in all the spaces dedicated to the contact, purchase information, product name and description of the defect found. Do not fill in the second part reserved for our internal use.
- Prepare a package containing the well-packaged product to prevent any impact during transport from damaging it.
- Send the RMA form along with the product to be repaired to our address

For products under warranty you must also attach a copy of the invoice or receipt as proof of the date of purchase.
The shipping costs to Rimatek Srl and back to the customer are charged to the customer. If the product is under warranty the costs of returning from Rimatek to the customer of the repaired product will not be counted.
